Thumbs up to the staff, great location, and unbeatable prices! It's truly a gem to discover a hotel that offers such budget-friendly options for both drinks and food. Hats off to you!

Unfortunately, during my stay, there was no air conditioning due to an engine failure caused by an electric storm. Additionally, the place is in need of some serious renovation and restoration. Staftf did as much as possible.

Close to the caves, but far from expectations

The evening buffet was nice

The height of the table and chair in the room did not match. The standard and quality of the room did not match my expectation/price point. (500€/4 nights) No hot water in the morning. The Ocean Bar is an overrated pool bar with a limited selection and closes at pool time. I experienced 2 power-cuts whilst there. The free wifi required me to go though the full registration everytime I opened my laptop

I would go back as the facilities and most of the staff were amazing just a few teething issues!

The View was Nice, the Poll area was great. room was spacious and clean. The Solarium with Day beds by the pool was very relaxing and a great place to chill. The Fruit and cocktails were a lovely Value Add.

Some of the staff were a little slow and unmotivated, They seemed to be either in training or just working to rule. The was a day when the water was off for a few hours and another day with a power cut in the hotel only.

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly. The day beds are nice and comfortable.

The food was not so good and there weren´t almost any vegetarian or vegan options. The Hotel is fine, but the facilities don´t match a 4 star Hotel at all.

It was ok.

I liked the location and the staff was very nice and friendly.

The breakfast could be better, the road under the hotel was quite loud. The hotel could use a whole make over.

Good value for money hotel in an excellent location

Big rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, stunning view from balcony (we were on the top level of the car park side facing the city/port). Room had everything you’d need. Good value for money. Buffet breakfast was pretty good too. Free parking on site was handy though it can fill up quickly. If it does, there is free parking down the road closer to the port. Location is great if you have a car. Main highlight for me. It is just out from the port so you don’t have to drive in the narrow streets. Far enough that you can park with ease, but still close enough to walk to port / restaurants / caves too. Pool area was nice. Please note that in order to lay on the Balinese style beds, you need to pay 25 euro which can then be used at the hotel as a credit.

We could hear conversations from the next room / hallway. The walls aren’t very sound proof. The “gym” is barely a gym. Its a room with a treadmill, bike and some small weights. The entire wellness centre was under whelming. The hotel wasn’t a stand out for “4 stars” but it was fine for what you pay. Has everything you need. Please note you have to pay a tourist tax on arrival (not advertised when we booked). This was a little misleading as other hotels I’ve booked have indicated when an additional tax will be charged.

Great hotel for a good price. I recommend.

The room was big and the air conditioner was working well. Room had curtains that blocked the sunlight and the bed was cozy. Nice balcony as well with a sea view. Great breakfast and dinner. Not bad for this price! I recommend. Also a parking slot just outside.

Maybe they have a sun heated water in the shower because I couldnt always get warm water from there? The elevators were slow. But small issues.

Lovely

Staff very friendly & helpful. Some teething troubles but these were expected with a new opening>. Food was very good also loved the bali beach are with the sand - nice touch

The majority of the hotel staff were friendly but I wouldn’t recommend it

the staff on the whole were friendly

it wasn’t a 4 star hotel. The food was average. The rooms were basic with balcony doors that wouldn’t lock, or even close properly, an issue for a single, female traveler (reported to the hotel 6 times & not sorted).

Package with shaving stuff and sewing stuff as I actually needed those
